Craig’s rules — every turnover
- Anything the TENANT damaged, don't fix it while they're still in. Photograph it, put it on your list, and it stays as-is until they're out and Rent Better has done their move inspection. Wear and tear and maintenance, knock out early.
- Mid-terms: tenant damage = photos plus a rough cost to Craig. Don't fix it yet.
- Anything over $300, call Craig before you start it.
